Columbia police have posted signs banning profanity in area parks and one local lawyer says not only is the new law unconstitutional but that if it does hold up, he’s in big f’ing trouble, along with the rest of us.

After meeting a pal at Occupy Columbia and bouncing between Aiken and Columbia, “Chico the Mexican” tried to get out of dodge all together. He caught a Greyhound bus bound for Texas where U.S. Marshals caught up with and apprehended the creep.
